I see Narrative Therapy as one deeply ethical and effective approach to therapy and community work. Arising from the pioneering work of Michael White and David Epston, it has inspired a growing, world -wide community of practitioners over forty years. Narrative therapy links the power of the stories we tell ourselves, the stories others tell about us, and the wider stories informing families, communities, social and political groupings. The practices of Narrative therapy offer tools to open space for new, preferred stories of self, relationship and future.
