We have each spent many years in the NHS in senior positions. We bring experience of working with people from all ages and backgrounds facing a wide range of problems and predicaments. We use several different therapeutic approaches , including cognitive behavioural therapy, systemic family therapy and solution-focused therapy, drawing on whatever best serves the needs and wishes of the people consulting us.

We see Narrative Therapy as one deeply ethical and effective approach to therapy and community work. Arising from the pioneering work of Michael White and David Epston, it has inspired a growing, world -wide community of practitioners over forty years. Narrative therapy highlights the power of the stories we tell ourselves, the stories others tell about us and the wider stories underpinning social groupings. The practices of Narrative therapy offer us tools to open space for new, preferred stories of self, relationship and future.
